Holistic sessions for body, mind and emotion

Jellyfish Norfolk brings together our passions for supporting children with our belief in the power of connection, movement and mindful, body-based practices.

Every child is unique. Our compassionate, non-judgemental sessions are child-led and body-focused — blending yoga, movement, breathwork and play to build awareness of sensations, feelings and emotions. Through this engaging, creative approach, children develop resilience, emotional regulation and nervous system balance.

Therapeutic yoga & movement

Yoga & Somatic Practice

Accessible yoga sessions incorporating somatic practice, mindful movement, breathing techniques and relaxation — adapted to suit each participant's needs and abilities. Suitable for all ages and abilities, including those with SEND.

Somatic yoga focuses on internal body awareness rather than achieving poses — making it particularly effective for children with sensory sensitivities or trauma histories.

All ages & abilities

Mindfulness & Breathing Techniques

Guided breathing, grounding exercises and mindfulness practices that give children and young people practical tools to manage anxiety and regulate their emotions in the moment.

Techniques are taught in ways children can use independently at school, at home and in everyday challenging situations.

Emotional regulation

Parent & Child Sessions

Shared movement and wellbeing activities for parents and children together — strengthening relationships, improving family wellbeing and building lasting connection.

Particularly valuable for adoptive parents and foster carers looking to build attachment and connection with their child.

Family wellbeing

One-to-one Sessions

Individual therapeutic sessions tailored entirely to the participant's specific needs, goals and preferences — ideal for those who benefit from a quieter, more personalised environment.

One-to-one sessions allow us to move at the participant's pace with no demands or group pressure — particularly effective for children with social anxiety or sensory sensitivities.

Personalised support

Creative & Sensory Movement

Creative movement, sensory activities and expressive play - supporting body awareness, self-expression and social connection in an imaginative, child-led way.

Designed to be SEND-friendly and accessible, these sessions welcome children who may struggle with traditional structured activities.

Holistic Therapies

Complementary holistic approaches including reiki and relaxation — supporting emotional and physical wellbeing as part of a broader therapeutic programme.

Used alongside yoga and movement to provide a whole-body, whole-person approach to wellbeing.

Holistic wellbeing

Yoga in Nature

Connecting young people with nature through yoga and breathwork in safe, natural outdoor surroundings. Sessions nurture resilience, mindfulness and wellbeing whilst naturally calming and regulating the nervous system.

Outdoor sessions create space to slow down, breathe and connect with the natural world — reducing stress, building confidence and developing lasting emotional wellbeing and self-awareness.
